Shipping Policy

Shipping to mainland Spain

Shipments to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands will arrive in approximately 24-72 hours. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Shipments will generally be made through the SEUR, Correos or Correos Express agency and will be free on purchases over 50 euros For orders to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (estimated delivery in 3-4 business days).

* For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, express shipping costs for purchases over €50 are €2.99.

* For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, shipping costs for purchases under €50 are €3.99.

* For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, express shipping costs for purchases under €50 are €4.99.

We are working to ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Return policy

The return period is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To request a return, please email us at dapontezapateria@gmail.com or info@daponteonline.com . We will respond as soon as possible during business hours.

We will only accept returns for products that are returned in the same condition as when shipped. The customer may not remove or tamper with the product label. No refunds will be issued for clothing, shoes, or accessories with tears, stains, or obvious signs of wear. Customers are advised to try on products in a clean environment, preferably on a carpet, and to avoid contact with makeup and hairspray. Underwear, socks, and stockings will not be returned for hygiene reasons. The original packaging, accessories, instructions, advertising, and any promotional gifts included in the original shipment must be included with the returned product.

There are no charges for returning products, although the customer must cover all shipping costs.

To make returns, you must always use the following address and follow the instructions we will provide via email with the shipping options we will provide.

Once the return has been received and the product's condition has been verified, a refund will be issued for the amount of the returned product(s). This refund will be issued in the same way as the payment was made: by canceling the charge via PayPal or by credit card.

Exchange policy

The deadline for exchanges is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To request an exchange, please email us at dapontezapateria@gmail.com or info@daponteonline.com. We will respond as soon as possible during business hours.

We can only accept exchanges for products returned in the same condition as when shipped. The customer may not remove or tamper with the product tag. No charges apply for size changes or exchanges of products of equal value. If the customer wishes to exchange a product for one of greater value, they must pay the difference. If the customer wishes to exchange a product for one of lesser value, a credit will be made to the account with the difference, provided that it exceeds the total shipping costs. In all cases, the customer must always bear the shipping costs.
