Shipping policy

Shipments to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands will arrive approximately in 24-72 hours, please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Shipments will generally be made through the SEUR agency, Correos or Correos Express and will be free on purchases over 50 euros for orders to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands (estimated delivery in 3-4 working days).

* For Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands , shipments of purchases over €50 with urgent service amount to €2.99.

* For Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands, shipments for purchases of less than €50 amount to €3.99.

* For Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands, purchase shipments of less than €50 with urgent service amount to €4.99.

Return policy

The term to make returns is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To request a return, send us an email to dapontezapateria@gmail.com or info@daponteonline.com . We will attend to you as soon as possible during business hours.

We can only accept the return of those products that are returned in the same conditions in which the shipment was made. The customer may not remove or manipulate the product label. No refunds will be made for garments, shoes or accessories with tears, stains or obvious signs of wear. The client is recommended to test the products in a clean environment, preferably on a carpet, and avoid contact with makeup and hairspray. No returns of underwear, socks or stockings will be made for hygiene reasons. It is necessary that together with the product to be returned, the original packaging, accessories, instructions, advertising and possible promotional gifts included in the original shipment are included.

There are no charges for the return of the products, although the customer must bear all transportation costs.

Once the return is received, and the state of the product has been verified, the payment corresponding to the amount of the returned product/s will be made. Said payment will be made in the same way in which the payment was made: by canceling the charge by Paypal or by card.
