Politique de remboursement
The deadline for returns is 15 days from the delivery data. To request a return, send us an email to dapontezapateria@gmail.com or info@daponteonline.com. We will meet your request during business hours as soon as possible.
We can only accept back those products that are returned in the same conditions in which the shipment was made. The customer may neither remove nor manipulate the product label. No refunds will be made for clothing, shoes or accessories with rips, stains or obvious signs of prolonged wearing. The client is recommended to test the products in a clean environment, preferably on a clean carpet, and to avoid contact with makeup and lacquers and paints (including hair spray). No returns of underwear, socks or stockings will be made for hygiene reasons. It is necessary include the original packaging, accessories, instructions, advertising and possible promotional gifts included in the original shipment in the same shipment that also includes the product to be returned.
There are no charges for the return of the products, although the client must bear all shipping expenses.

Once the return has been received, and the status of the product has been verified, the refund corresponding to the price of the returned product will be made. This payment will be made in the same way in which the payment was made: by canceling the charge made using your Paypal account or tour credit card.
