These conditions of use of this online store regulate the terms of access and use of Da Ponte (daponteonline.com), property of María del Carmen Navia Muiña, and email info@daponteonline.com or dapontezapateria@gmail.com, at from now on, "the Company,” which the user of the online store must accept to use all the services and information provided from the site.


The user and the Company, the website owner, may be jointly referred to as the parties. Conditions of sale

Return policy

The deadline for making returns is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To request a refund, send us an email at dapontezapateria@gmail.com or info@daponteonline.com. We will assist you as soon as possible during business hours.


We can only accept the return of those products that are returned in the same conditions in which the shipment was made. The customer will not be able to remove or manipulate the product label. Refunds will not be made for garments, shoes, or accessories with tears, stains, or noticeable signs of wear. The client is recommended to try the products in a clean environment, preferably on a carpet, and to avoid contact with make-up and hairspray. No refunds of underwear, socks, or stockings will be made for hygiene reasons. It is necessary that the original packaging, accessories, instructions, advertising, and possible promotional gifts included in the original shipment be included with the product to be returned.


There are no charges for the return of the products, although the customer must bear all transport costs.

Once the return has been received and the product’s condition has been verified, the payment corresponding to the amount of the returned product/s will be made. Said payment will be made the same way the payment was made: by canceling the charge by Paypal or card.


Exchange policy

We can only accept the exchange of products returned in the same conditions in which the shipment was made. The customer will not be able to remove or manipulate the product label. There are no charges for changing sizes or changes of products of equal value. The client must provide the difference if he intends to exchange a product for another of more excellent value. If the client wants to exchange a product for another of less importance, payment will be made on an account with the differential value provided that it exceeds the total transport costs. In any case, the client must always bear the transport costs.


Warranty

In the event of a defective product and it is duly justified to the company, the company will proceed as appropriate to the repair, replacement, price reduction, or resolution of the purchase, procedures that will be free for the consumer. The company is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 15 days from delivery.


The conditions of the guarantee are the following:

-The product shows no signs of tampering or wear.

-The product has the label, and the box and original complementary material (e.g., additional laces, shoehorn, spare parts of any kind, protective cream, etc.) are kept.


Payment conditions

The customer declares that he has the total capacity to make the purchase, being of legal age and possessing a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank that is acceptable to the company. The Client guarantees and is responsible for the fact that all the information provided on his card is valid.
