Shipping costs for product changes

Following the exchange policy, if you wish to exchange a product for another one from the store, whether due to sizing or other issues, please proceed as follows.

1) Please let us know if you prefer an exchange or a refund, either by mail or by phone.

2) Send the product you want to return in perfect condition to the following address: Estrada Xeral 49, A Pontenova (Lugo) Spain 27720, using the carrier of your choice or the one that's most convenient for you. If you don't know which carrier to choose, you can check with Packlink . You can send us the tracking code to speed up the process. We will only send the product to be exchanged once we receive the merchandise at the indicated address.

3) Pay for shipping costs for your new product to your address. You can choose regular or express shipping. Once steps two and three are completed, we will process the exchange.
